1. General Terms and Conditions

Bet Cancellation and Voids

If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled, related bets may be voided. Generally, if a match does not take place within 48 hours, bets are voided, though this timeframe may vary for certain sports. If a player does not start the match, bets on that player will be voided. In a multiple bet, if one selection is voided, it will be calculated at odds of 1.00 and payout will be based on the remaining selections. Bets affected by technical errors, system malfunctions, or hacking will be cancelled. If a result is settled incorrectly, we reserve the right to correct it and adjust account balances as necessary.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
